Level A and B Combined
The curriculum for your Occupational Testing (Aptitude and Interests) training covers the foundations of testing and best practice approaches to briefing, administration, scoring, interpretation and feedback. Other best practice skills developed include awareness of when and how to use various tests and how they should be mapped to wider selection or development processes.
Here's what we would like you to have completed in advance of the first plenary session
1. Engage with introductory video (20 minutes)
2. Complete Test familiarisation workbook (2 hours)
3. Upload your work on moodle and email us (declan@enact.ie or dave@people.com.mt) with any questions or issues you would like to have explored further in the training.
Thank you

The Programme is designed to meet the accreditation requirements of the British Psychological Society (BPS) Test User: Personality qualification. The primary purpose of the programme is to prepare participants to follow best practice in using self report questionnaires.
During the course we will focus on the application of learning to real world scenarios. Each module will include practical activities with a particular focus on interpreting and debriefing clients using self report questionnaires.
A practical orientated course with an emphasis on technical relevance and social consequences of testing.
